Availability and Shortage 
While we make every effort to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet all orders, availability of certain products cannot be guaranteed and we make no warranty as to the availability of any product. Where you have ordered a product that is not in stock we will attempt to acquire more stock as soon as practicable and process your order in the usual way. We shall have no liability for delay in delivery or any other liability howsoever arising deriving from a shortage of stock and you consent to the order being processed at such time as when we have sufficient stock.

Product Returns Policy  
We stand behind the quality of our products.  In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, or you simply change your mind, please return the product(s) to us in the original condition within 14 working days of receipt.  Please make sure you include your order details with the returned product.   Upon receipt of the returned products we will communicate with you to ascertain whether you would like us to replace, exchange or refund your purchase. Any refund paid by us shall be exclude any delivery costs paid unless we in our sole discretion decide otherwise.
