Availability and Shortage 
While we make every effort to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet all orders, availability of certain products cannot be guaranteed and we make no warranty as to the availability of any product. Where you have ordered a product that is not in stock we will attempt to acquire more stock as soon as practicable and process your order in the usual way. We shall have no liability for delay in delivery or any other liability howsoever arising deriving from a shortage of stock and you consent to the order being processed at such time as when we have sufficient stock.

Delivery of Goods
We will deliver your goods ordered online from our website within 3-5 working days of receipt for orders within New Zealand, otherwise we will notify you if there are any delays.

Product Returns Policy  
We stand behind the quality of our products.  In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, or you simply change your mind, at our descretion we will issue you a store credit, No refund of payment applies unless we offer this option to you within 14 days only of receipt of goods.  Please make sure you include your order details with the returned product.   Upon receipt of the returned products we will communicate with you to ascertain whether you would like us to  repair or repalce the item or issue you with a store credit. No refunds under any circumstances without prior approval for Swordfish Marine Ltd.Tthis return policy applies only to purchases made through our web site and phone orders.

Without limitation to the above under no circumstances shall Swordfish Marine Ltd be liable for direct or indirect or consequential loss due to damage incurred by shipping company or any loss suffered by items Lost in transit or incorrectly delivered.

The content on this site has been prepared in accordance with New Zealand law.  In the unlikely event, we end up in a dispute with you, our customer, the matter or dispute will be governed by New Zealand laws and will be dealt with in New Zealand courts.
